By accessing or using Does Monday Work?, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Does Monday Work? provides daily and archived scheduling puzzles for personal entertainment. Features, puzzles, saved progress, and availability may change over time.

Accounts

Signing in is optional. If you use Google sign-in, you are responsible for maintaining control of your Google account and for activity performed through it. You must not access another person's account.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Disrupt, overload, or interfere with the service.
• Attempt to bypass security controls or access another user's data.
• Use automated systems to abuse the service or manipulate saved results.
• Use the service in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Intellectual property

The game, puzzles, design, artwork, text, branding, and software are owned by Does Monday Work? or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of that material to you.

Availability and warranties

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Does Monday Work? will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, access, or profits resulting from use of the service.

Suspension and changes

We may suspend access when necessary to protect the service or other users. We may update these Terms, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
